Tiers 2 and 3 include a full year of hosting; Tier 1 is the bare build with hosting billed separately at a flat $300/yr. Hosting is billed yearly and Tier 3 management is a simple $500/mo — both can be cancelled anytime, because you own the code and are never locked in. SEO can be added to a Tier 1 site later for the difference in price; there’s no penalty for starting lean.
